About Us

Showcasing the photography of Linda M. Roberts-Bickel, a 40-year Florida resident and longtime North Captiva Island local, widely recognized in the community as “The Picture Lady.”

She is celebrated for her remarkable ability to capture the rich biodiversity of the island’s natural environment.

Linda’s distinctive approach lies in her quiet, non-intrusive connection with nature. She spends countless hours patiently observing her surroundings, seeking out those rare, authentic moments that reveal the beauty and truth of Southwest Florida’s barrier islands—from alligators to zebra long-wing butterflies.

For years, Linda’s Photographs were exclusively available at various retail locations on the Southwest Florida barrier islands as “Island Originals”.

Linda now offers premium metal prints for online order under the trademarked brand “WildCaptivations,” making her photography accessible to nature and wildlife enthusiasts everywhere for convenient home delivery.

Each WildCaptivations print is produced on premium aluminum using the state-of-the-art ChromaLuxe® dye-sublimation process, creating museum-quality artwork with exceptional color, brilliance, and durability. Every print features elegantly rounded corners and arrives ready to display with a sleek floating mount on the back for effortless hanging.
